Scope of services
McLeish Global provides administrative support services, including secure intake, document organization, document packaging, and portal/process navigation based on information provided by the client.
No legal advice or representation
We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. Where a licensed review or regulated service is required, we route the request to an authorized third-party partner (where available) or the client may self-file.
Client responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring all information and documents you provide are complete and accurate.
- You control your own government/portal accounts and login credentials.
- You complete the final review and submission unless you are working directly with an authorized partner under their terms.
Third-party platforms
Government sites, payment processors, and other platforms are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, delays, refusals, or decisions made by third parties.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity. We may refuse or stop services if we believe misuse is occurring.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid to McLeish Global for the specific administrative service in question.
