Administrative service fees

Administrative work involves time and labor. If work has already started (e.g., intake review, document packaging, drafting, portal navigation session), fees are generally non-refundable.

Before work starts

If you cancel before any work begins, you may request a refund of the McLeish Global service fee, minus any payment processing costs (if applicable).

Partner / third-party services

If you pay a licensed partner or third party through their own invoice/checkout, their refund policy applies. If McLeish Global collects a hub/administrative fee for routing and packaging, that portion follows this policy.

Marketplace products

Physical/digital product refunds (if applicable) follow the product listing terms and any applicable consumer laws.
